Who we are
This website is operated by Agenz (brand: Advertising Agenz), Konstantinou Paleologou, Agia Paraskevi 153 42, Greece. Email: info@adagenz.com. Agenz is the data controller for the personal data described below.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, website and message.
When you send the form, we also record how you found us: the page you sent it from, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link you used (for example utm_source) and ad click identifiers from Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn or TikTok, plus your device type and browser language. This is stored only with your message and helps us understand which channels bring enquiries.
If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how the site is used and which ads bring enquiries (see Cookies below). Fonts are served from our own server.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare an audit or proposal. The legal basis is your request to us before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Form messages are delivered by email through our hosting provider (Hostinger) and stored in our business email account (Google Workspace). Both act as processors on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. The legal basis for these cookies is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use Google Consent Mode. If you reject cookies, no cookies are set, but Google may still receive basic signals without cookies or identifiers (for example that a page was viewed), which it uses to estimate results in aggregate. Google Ireland Limited processes this data for us, and some of it may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. Email info@adagenz.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
